Thank you for choosing a Graphtec ASF1-30.
The ASF1-30 is a media feeder that can be attached to the CE8000-40.
By using the ASF1-30, the CE8000-40 can cut multiple media continuously.
To ensure high cutting quality and optimal productivity, be sure to read this User's Manual thoroughly prior to use.

After Turning on the Plotter
During operation, various settings, and immediately after completion of operation, the tool carriage for CE8000-40, and the loaded media, may move suddenly. Do not let your hands, hair, or clothing get too close to the moving parts or within their range of movement. Do not place any foreign objects in or near these areas either. If your hands, hair, clothing, or the like get caught in, or wrapped around moving parts, you may be injured and the machine may be damaged.
Precautions for handling
The media separator is easily deformed, so be careful not to apply strong force to it or hit it.
Deformation of the media separator can cause malfunctions.

Installation space
Please secure a space for installation as according to the below illustration.

Frontward and backward the machine, please take enough space for operation.


Product size and installation size



The installation size (area) when installing on a tabletop should be larger size than the product size.
There is no specific recommended value for the height when installing on a tabletop.
